hmmm I had a lonely day and was thinking of my GF when I drew this pic :) I really like it alot it looks pretty decent. I wrote the poem below to go with it so it makes a little sense(hmm none of my art really makes sense) lol

whispers of love
he'll tell the truth
he never lies
especially to you
he brings something from me
open your eyes and see
a heart full of love
love just for you.......your all that I need

Awesome light in this, colors are superb, and I adore the expression on your creature's face...he looks like he's thinking "Wait...isn't there supposed to be someone next to me?"

what I was going to say has been said, frickin incredible. you should change you style completely so everyone stops commenting on your stuff, i wonder if they still would and theyd read into it and be like " Excellent foreshadowing in this peice, youre lighting really illustrates the anguish that this character must be going through, if the colours indicate correctly. I really enjoy the commentary his or her expression has on the situation he is in, it really assimilates a rare time in everyone's life"
